The form of hypnotherapy I use is known as "Solution Focused". This means that instead of looking to the past, going over old, often distressing ground, we look to the future. We concentrate on how you want things to be. Using relaxation (trance) and visualisation you will be able to find and use your own internal resources to shift your perspective. By focusing on the positive aspects of your life, you will be able to move forward. This is a modern and research-based form of hypnotherapy.
